A top commenter was swift to jokingly claim the picture is a throwback image of the school teacher of an All Progressives Congress chieftain, President Muhammadu Buhari.

There is a popular notion in Nigeria that teaching jobs are not fantastic despite the level of importance in the society. Hence, the reason why most school teachers are poor.
