United nations and Nigeria Government have decided to hold online voting for every Nigerian.This online vote will help decide on what will happen next year.According  to U.N spokes man,the purpose of this online voting is to ensure a free and fair election among Nigerians.

The online voting will last for one month,so doing every Nigeria must have voted.He went ahead to describe  a referendum,as direct vote in which an entire electorate is invited to vote on a particular proposal. This may result in the adoption of a new law.
